Congratulations to the winner of the MOPS Get Fit Challenge for the Fall Session...............MINDY!

POINTS
Add up your hours of exercise in an exercise log and calculate your points at the end of each week. Earn 1 point for every FULL 1/2 hour of exercise.
For example:
If at the end of the week, you have exercised 8 hours and 15 minutes, you get 16 points. The 15 minutes doesn't count because it's not a FULL 1/2 hour. It might be a good idea to make sure you know where you are with your points, so you can sneak another 15 minutes of exercise in if you want your point.

RACE POINTS
You will receive a fixed amount of points for each race/organized event you complete:

  • 5K race(run or walk) are worth 5 points
  • All longer races (10K, Triathlon, etc...) are worth 10 points

REPORT YOUR POINTS EACH WEEK
Kristinge will record points throughout the session. Please don't forget to give her your points each week at MOPS. If you happen to be on vacation or miss MOPS you can e-mail her or give her 2 weeks worth of points when you get home.

MOPS FREE 5K RACES
We want to have some free races during the session, but we're still deciding on the dates. It will be a great way to earn points and motivate each other!
